If we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we may take one or more of the following actions: suspend or terminate your Account, void bets, seize or withhold funds, cancel winnings, and/or refuse to process withdrawals, subject to applicable laws and regulatory obligations. Governing Law

Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Final Provisions
